Refund Policy

If you've changed your mind, it's not a problem!

Purchases from www.glammo.com can be returned by mailing the purchase back to:

Within 30 days of receiving the item, you are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) to receive a repair, exchange or refund. Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase.

Please note that the following items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:
  • Undergarments
  • Bikinis and Swimsuits
  • Lingerie
  • Earrings

We reserve the right to, and at our sole discretion, to reject returns or exchanges of items that are not any one of the following: in original unworn condition, free of odor, with postmarked within 30 days of the date of receiving the item(s).

We do not pay return fees (this is a common policy with all online sellers). We exchange or repair return items (repairs are done free of charge) and sent back to you free of charge. If the item cannot be exchanged or repaired, then we will refund it.

From the time your return parcel arrives at our facility, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.


Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD.
